The first of many Trump supporters is “Iron Mike”, who earned his nickname by becoming one of the most dominant boxers in the history of the sport. Tyson is known for his blunt character and responses to interview questions. He said of Trump:
“He should be president of the United States. Let’s try something new. Let’s run America like a business, where no colors matter…”
The Undisputed Truth, Tyson’s recent memoir, is a bestseller.
Clint Eastwood
Clint Eastwood told Esquire Magazine that “[Trump’s] onto something, because secretly everybody’s getting tired of political correctness, kissing up,” he said. “We’re really in a pussy generation. Everybody’s walking on eggshells. We see people accusing people of being racist and all kinds of stuff. When I grew up, those things weren’t called racist.”
Eastwood added “I’d have to go for Trump … you know, ’cause she’s declared that she’s gonna follow in Obama’s footsteps,” he said. “There’s been just too much funny business on both sides of the aisle. She’s made a lot of dough out of being a politician. I gave up dough to be a politician.”
Charlie Sheen
Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen has become more famous for his hard partying lifestyle than his acting at this point. Sheen said, “If Trump will have me I’d be his VP in a heartbeat!” Sheen was recently diagnosed HIV positive, and has long been a donor to AIDS-related charities.
Jesse Ventura
Former pro-wrestler, Navy SEAL, action movie star, governor of Minnesota, and well-known conspiracy theorist has recently shown some support for Donald Trump. Ventura is an independent, but had this to say about Trump:
“You know what, as far as Republicans are concerned…I hope Trump wins.”
Ventura went on to say later that he would like to be chosen as Trump’s running mate.
Jon Voight
Jon Voight, Academy Award actor and father of Angelina Jolie, told Breibart that Donald Trump “[is] an answer to our problems. We need to get behind him. The Republicans need to unite behind this man. We need somebody to go in and reconstruct us in a sort of way, get us back to where we were, who we need to be.”
Gene Simmons
KISS frontman and bassist Gene Simmons has long been an outspoken conservative. He was a strong supporter of George W. Bush’s foreign policy and decisions during the Iraq War. Simmons said, “I believe Donald Trump is a good man…He’s in it to win it…”
Dennis Rodman
Eccentric former NBA star Dennis Rodman came out in support of Trump via Twitter:
“@realDonaldTrump has been a great friend for many years. We don’t need another politician, we need a businessman like Mr.Trump! Trump 2016.”
Rodman has gained notoriety for dabbling in movies and wrestling, as well as for his “diplomatic missions” to North Korea.
Tila Tequila
Model, television personality, and singer/songwriter Tila Tequila is a proud supporter of Donald Trump:
“I am a huge Donald Trump supporter and so should you.”
Trump may not be too proud of this endorsement however, as Tequila has been widely criticized for making several anti-Semitic comments.
Terrell Owens
Former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens was known for his unusual touchdown celebrations and was often at the center of controversies throughout his career. Owens said, “He’s a guy who won’t put up with B.S. and has what it takes to change how government is run. With that being said, Trump…You’re hired.”
Loretta Lynn
The country superstar Loretta Lynn was quoted by Reuters that “Trump has sold me – what more can I say?…I just think he’s the only one who’s going to turn this country around.”
Willie Robertson
The star of the hot show “Duck Dynasty” endorsed Donald Trump. According to sources, Robertson said in a news release that “Mr. Trump is a real leader…He represents success and strength, two attributes our country needs.”
Ted Nugent
Ted Nugent, the American musician, singer, and songwriter, wrote that Donald Trump should be awarded the Medal of Freedom “for speaking his mind in such a bold, honest and straight-forward manner,” according to World Net Daily. He went on to say that “Donald Trump’s message sings to Americans because he doesn’t play politically correct brain-dead games. He calls them like he sees them. That’s refreshing to millions of Americans who believe political correctness is a public cancer that has eroded free speech and everything else good about America.”
Kid Rock
In a Rolling Stone article Kid Rock said that he is “digging Donald Trump.” He further said that the U.S. should let the business man run our country like a business.
Gary Busey
A Trump supportor as far back as September 2015, Gary Busy believes Trump will be a good president. He told Fox News that “I know him [Trump] personally. I know him professionally. He’s a great guy. He’s sharp. He’s fast. He can change the country after the last eight years.”
Hulk Hogan
Hulk Hogan, professional wrestler, actor, and television personality, told TMZ that he wants to be on Donald Trump’s ticket as vice president. Sorry, Hulk. Donald selected Mike Pence.
Wayne Newton
Wayne Newton, Mr. Las Vegas endorses Donald Trump. He told Fox and Friends that “Number one, he [Trump] tells the truth. Number two, he’s been where most of these guys want to be, in terms of riding on his own plane. He doesn’t have to worry about what hotels he stays in, he doesn’t have to worry about how his family gets to Hawaii, so on and so forth.”
Scott Baio
Scott Baio, the American actor and television director, was quoted “When he speaks I understand him. He speaks like I speak, he communicates with people very well.” He added that the Republican nominee needs to be someone who can “relentlessly, relentlessly attack Hillary.”
Baio was recently attacked on Twitter for supporting Trump. He told Hollywood Reporter that “I don’t care. I genuinely, in my heart, do not care if I ever work again. I don’t care. I’m comfortable and I’ve got a great life, but If I don’t have a country that is recognizable to me, I’ve got nothing.”
Stephen Baldwin
Actor Stephen Baldwin told CNN that he has nothing but love for Trump. “I think he’s fantastic. I love him. I think he’d make a great president. He’s not a politician, and he doesn’t care what anybody thinks. And that’s why he’s surging in the polls.”
